2.1. Перевод простых и сложных предложений

Задание
Прочитайте отрывок из контракта. Выпишите из него 4 простых и 4 сложных предложения, определите вид предложений (простое или сложное) и переведите их.
The payment shall be effected at the prices of this contract on the 10th or the 25th proximo. In case both the originals of invoice and the acceptance act/bill of lading were received before 16th of the current month, the payment will be effected on the 10th of the next month. In case both the original invoice and the act of acceptance /bill of lading were received on 16th or later of the current month, the payment will be effected on the 25th of the next month. SAP TERM (ZB01)

GUARANTEE: The Goods are prototypes that are designed for engineering evaluation only and are not used in the automotive production. The Supplier guarantees only that the Goods do comply with the drawings of materials and the Goods' quality corresponds to the technical standards on prototypes in the Supplier's country on date of the Contract.    
All the claims concerning quality are to be declared upon receipt of the Goods.    

CONFIDENTIALITY: Supplier is obligated – even after termination of business relations with Customer – to treat Customer's inquiries and purchase orders and all documents, facts and circumstances pertaining to same with the strictest confidentiality and will obligate sub-suppliers accordingly.

Audit rights:  The Customer or its designated representatives shall have the right to control the course of execution and quality of works at all reasonable for both Parties time without the interference into the Contractor's economic activity. Upon the Customer's request the Contractor shall in reasonable time provide him with the copies of all records, accounts, invoices and orders, which directly pertain to the Customer's relationship with the Contractor under this Agreement.
